Rafecas' Masterchef Recipe Review: Eggplant Lasagne.


My recipe consists on a Lasagne, on an Eggplant Lasagne. But I used soy, and not meat. And I put nutmeg. I cooked in 1’30 h but it was delicious! I put 15 min in a ceramic plate to decorate and serve in individual portions. This Eggplant is much better, the peel gives texture and taste. The seed cooked like pipes, they are so delicious!
